Fr. Cyprian Odongo Laid to rest in Gulu Archdiocese

It was a sombre mood in Gulu Archdiocese as Rev. Fr. Cyprian Odongo is laid to rest.

Fr Cyprian was laid to rest today at St Joseph’s Cathedral Parish in Gulu, Mass was led by Archbishop John Baptist Odama.

Fr. Cyprian Odongo was found unconscious in his bed on 18th December 2023 and later rushed to St. Mary’s hospital Lacor where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Present at the burial was the Bishop of Arua Diocese; Rt. Rev. Sabino Ocan Odoki, Vicar General of Gulu Archdiocese, Clergy,Parents of the Late Priest and different dignitaries.

Rev. Fr. Cyprian Odongo was born on 13th November 1974, he was appointed by the Archbishop of Gulu Archdiocese to serve as the Parish Priest at St. Mauritz Obia-Palaro Parish since 2014.
