Katigondo National Seminary Celebrates “Seminary Day” and “Women’s Day”

Katigondo National Major Seminary celebrated on Monday the 7th of March jointly celebrated “Family Day” also known as “Seminary Day, and the Women’s Day. The occasion opened with the celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of mass that was presided by Rt. Rev.Raphael P’mony Wokorach- Bishop of Nebbi Catholic Diocese who was the Chief Guest.

 The Bishop urged the seminarians in his homily to give themselves dedicatedly to God with hearts that are not lukewarm. He encouraged the seminarians to live in holiness and courage as a witness to God.

Katigondo National Seminary marks 111 years of her existence and is the first institution of higher education in the whole of Uganda. Happy Seminary Day and International Women’s Day!
