University of the Sacred Heart Gulu , Historic Milestone Ahead.

On 22 November 2025, His Grace Archbishop Raphael P’Mony Wokorach, MCCJ, Archbishop of Gulu and the newly installed Chancellor of the University of the Sacred Heart Gulu (USHG), will for the first time preside over and confer degrees to the graduands at the university’s 4th Graduation Ceremony.

This will be the first graduation ceremony led by Archbishop Raphael P’Mony Wokorach since he succeeded His Grace Emeritus Archbishop John Baptist Odama as the second Chancellor of USHG.

The event will celebrate the academic achievements of students while marking the beginning of a new chapter under the leadership of the new Chancellor, whose vision is to continue building a university that forms competent, ethical, and faith-filled leaders for northern Uganda and beyond.
