Who Is The Very Rev. Msgr Francis Xavier Mpanga the Newly Elected Kasana-Luweero Diocesan Administrator

He was born on August 23, 1967 at Wambaale village in Gombe Division, Wakiso district. Parents: His Father is Paul Mpanga (R.I.P) and the mother is Margret Namutebi Mpanga.

He was ordained a Priest on August 10, 1996.
