Nebbi Catholic Diocesan Bishop meets Leaders from different Parishes

The recently Consecrated Bishop of Nebbi Catholic Diocese, Rt Rev Bishop Raphael Wokorach p’Mony, has launched meetings with Christian leaders in the diocese. The meetings that started with Nebbi Cathedral Parish on 25th September 2021, will take the Bishop around the whole Diocese to meet the leaders of the different parishes that make up the diocese.

In the meetings, the Bishop is evaluating service provision in the different parishes, identifying areas of concern and with the leaders, and collaboratively coming up with the way(s) to address them. The Bishop is encouraging servant leadership whenever and wherever he meets the leaders. “You must serve the people with diligence and be a good Christian example to others,” said the Bishop recently to leaders of Nebbi Cathedral.

The Bishop’s visits and meetings are focused on helping him know the challenges the Christians face in the parishes and also enable him learn about the Diocese.
