Association of Religious Uganda, University of Kisubi Launch the centre of excellence in research, information & Programing.

Yesterday the 27th September 2021, the association of the religious in Uganda (ARU) ,in partnership with the university of Kisubi,formerly signed an undertaking to be bound by a memorandum of understanding.

The Launch happened yesterday at the ARU Secretariat in Nsambya, Kampala Uganda .

The Rev. Sr. Annamaria Nankusu and the Rev. Sr. Mary Lydia Apili Bwor signed on behalf of ARU, Bro Dr Celestine Kakooza and Prof. John Ssebuufu signed on behalf of University of Kisubi.

The partners agreed to establish a research center referred to as “Centre of Excellence in Research, Information Management and Programming”

“Currently ARU is in the process of strengthening and scaling up it’s capacity and relevance through comprehensive research, who’s findings,will be translated into interventions in key Areas of her concern”, The President ARU Said

The centre is planned to offer functional innovative research, information management and programing. The centre will also facilitate ARU to engage in intensive creative programming and advocacy that can significantly improve and equitably sustain the quality of life and offer holistic development that benefits the people and the environment for which the association exists.

On the other hand the university of Kisubi will bring on Board their academic writing skill, human resource experts, excellent training skills, research procedures and guidelines.
