Daily Catholic Prayer, June 2022

God our Father, We thank you for revealing yourself to us, your unworthy servants through Jesus Christ your Son in the power of the Holy Spirit. Trusting in the Suprabundant love of your word made flesh – Jesus Christ our Lord.

We approach you with heavy but grateful hearts beseeching that your Spirit may descend upon us, dwell within us and transform us. We pray especially for families around the world, that they may embody and experience unconditional love and advance in holiness in their daily lives. May our nation know and live genuine love – as a fruit of your Holy Spirit. Fill the hearts of our leaders with your truth so that in leading your people, they may radiate that same love which has its origin in you.

May your Spirit recreate every one of us to reflect the authentic image of you – our creator. We ask this through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, queen of the Apostles and mother of universal Church and through the intercession of our holy Martyrs Uganda. Amen.
