FEAR GOD NOT MAN

Are you driven by fear of man or fear of God? Jesus tells us not to fear [opinions, appearances, insults, persecutions] but to fear the Sovereign God of the universe – One who can send us and others to Hell. Fear of God allows you to remember that when you are left with the dilemma of saying yes to someone and no to God, or no to someone and yes to God that God should win. When you excessively fear anything, it takes God’s place in your life and robs you of freedom. The reward for the fear of God is eternal life in Heaven.

With the Fear of God within me, I chose to step out in faith on this day to become a better person and be a blessing to wherever I go. I shall witness Christ without fear of man. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
