IT IS TIME TO TURN BACK TO GOD

Matthew 17:10-13

Jesus clearly says that John fulfilled the prophesied role of Elijah. Though separated by many years, both men had one message to communicate to the world: Repent! Turn back to God! Let me say this to you! No matter what your past has been like, no matter the sins you have committed, or the vices holding you back, if you truly repent, God will bless your present and change your future. Flee sin! Flee the realm of death! Have you abandoned your Christian faith? Now is the time to turn back to God.

Lord Jesus, I know that I have turned my back on you so many times but yet you still love me. Help me now and during this Advent season to flee from my sins and surrender my whole heart to you. Amen.
