Msgr Kato Ssempungu The former Vicar General of Masaka Diocese Dies

The Catholic Community in Uganda woke up in a shock and with great sadness after receiving terrifying news about the death of Msgr. Joseph Kato Ssempungu who went home to be with Jesus last night of 2nd August 2021

Msgr Joseph Kato Ssempungu lived in the Diocese of Masaka in Central Uganda and He served as the Vicar General For 23 years.

He was a very humble servant of God who has touched many lives. He will be burried in the priests’ Burrial Grounds at Bukalasa Seminary. May his soul rest in peace.
