Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Baburworuganda Of Mbarara Archdiocese dies

The Archdiocese of Mbarara in South Western Uganda has yet lost another Priest.

According to Fr. Ndugwa, Fr. Emmanuel will be sent off today Wednesday 4th August 2021 at Nyamitanga Cathedral in Mbarara.

Rev. Fr. Severinus Ndugwa, the Archdiocese Vicar General identified the deceased as Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Baburworuganda who passed away on Tuesday 3rd August 2021 at Ibanda Hospital.

He stressed that due to the prevailing conditions of COVID-19, they are to conduct a scientific ceremony as a few people have already been notified to attend.

The send off Mass slated to take place on Wednesday at 12:00pm at Nyamitanga Cathedral shall be live on Radio Maria Mbarara, Zoom with it’s details yet to be communicated.

Fr. Ndugwa appealed to the public to pray for the repose of the deceased’s soul and for the consolation of his family and the Catholic community.
