THERE IS JUST ONE GOSPEL- POPE FRANCIS

While appearing for the maiden time at St Paul VI Hall on 3rd August since his colon surgery on July 4th, Pope Francis told Christians that they must receive the Gospel as it is without negotiating. ” With the truth of the Gospel, one cannot negotiate. You receive it as it is” he said.

We must learn not to compromise our Faith in Jesus because he is not a bargaining chip Pope Francis told believers.
All these were said as he addressed pilgrims for the first time since May earlier this year. The pope raised concern about people wanting to interfere with the Gospel to create their own understanding.

He also asked the faithful to completely devote to the mission of evangelization as St Paul was. His Holiness also quoted the letter of St Paul to Galatians 1 :6-8 as he talked about embracing a “different gospel”.

After his message the Pope blessed the pilgrims and greeted the Bishops and asked them to out to the many and evangelize.
