60th Anniversary of the Canonization of the Ugandan Saints, the Martyrs: Relics exhibition set

Today, September 9th, marks a historic occasion as His Grace Paul Ssemogerere, the Archbishop of Kampala, oversaw the return of the Uganda Martyrs’ relics from Rome.

Delivered by Fr. Nyombi Richard, the relics include chains that bound the Martyrs, crosses made from the trees where Noa Mawaggali, Matia Mulumba, and Charles Lwanga were tied, the jawbone of Matia Mulumba, and the bone of Kalori Lwanga.
