Thieves break into Kasozi Parish , steal Valuable items.

Thieves have broken into Kasozi Parish, Kisansa Local Council, Katuntu Ward in Rakai Town Council and stole a number of items.

The thieves stole the microphones, sound system, Holy Books,Church solar lights among others.

The Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Bernard Francis Kasagga said the incident happened on Thursday night after climbing to reach the window approximately 5 fts from the ground and broke it to enter.

When they entered inside, they broke other doors to open for others to gain access to where the valuables were kept.

Fr Bernard said they reported the matter to the Police and the police visited the scene for the crime with sniffer dogs to trace the thieves but failed to get one.

The Officer in charge of Crime Department in the area ASP Yeko Joram says the Investigations are on going to arrest those who were involved in this robbery.
