Prayer for the Month of March

God our Father, we thank you for the new month of March. We pray for our legislators who are debating a crucial law with overarching effects. May they discern with the guidance of your spirit, and pass laws that are in accord with your will. We pray for those who have suffered harm from members of the Church; may they find within the Church herself a concrete response to their pain and suffering. We pray that your grace may sustain us in these unprecedented times; giving direction in our moments of confusion, comfort in our distress and assurance where Hope is lost. Through the intercession of our mother, Mary, to her Son and to the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
